The module « Administrative Mandate » will allow you to offer a new payment solution dedicated to French administrations and communities.
Offer the Administrative mandate payment solution in a totally integrated way to your PrestaShop : no specific treatment, your order is managed as a payment by check.
As simple for customers as sellers:
1 – Purchaser downloads the mandate and validates his order,
2 – Order is in “Waiting for payment†status,
3 – The customer completes and sends you the document by fax or mail.
4 – You can send the order
Mandate fulfills informations are:
•   The institution signature,
•   The ordering administration stamp.

During the confirmation order, a mail is sent to the customer with a link for download the mandate.
Customer Benefits
This module allows French administrations and communities to regulate their purchases to your website by using their main mode of regulations: the administrative mandate.
Our module does not ask, in order to validate the order, to upload the fulfilled mandate. The reason is simple: upload the fulfilled document requires to be able to scan the document, which can be complicated and be a reason to give up the order. After order, customer can choose to send the document by fax or mail.
