Preorders PrestaShop module allows your customers to pre order/book out of stock products in advance and subscribe to waitlist. It is best order status module.
PrestaShop pre order module allows you to accept customer orders for your products in advance. The preorder period gives you time to build buzz and get creative with your marketing campaign. By giving incentives on pre-orders, you can capture more customers; more user reviews and get listed in the bestseller lists.
Preorder Products
By using this PrestaShop order status module, customers can preorder products, pay in advance, and get them subscribed to the waitlist. ‘My Waitlist’ option is available to customers in their accounts, from where they can manage notifications for products.
Admin can view all the preorders in a grid at the back office. Detailed customer’s information is shown in this grid such as customer’s name, ID, and email notification information.
Preorder Tab
A new tab, ‘FMM Preorder’, is created for each product from where admin can configure the following options:
Allow preorder
Allow count down
Configure Date available
Set the Initial quantity
Order Details
Admin can view all the orders with ‘pre-order’ status in the orders section. More details can be checked by clicking on any specific order.
Frontend – Countdown and Notify Options
Products that are enabled for preorder are shown on the frontend with ‘Preorder Available’ label. This options is available on the product page as well along with the ‘Notify me when in stock’ option, and countdown.
Only logged-in customers can subscribe to notifications, whereas they can also subscribe to individual product options like color, size etc using this Waiting List PrestaShop Module

Countdown is displayed on product page that will specify when the product will be available
