This module allows you to manage incidents on orders of your shop.
From managing your PrestaShop you can monitor and manage all incidents generated about orders.
Incident management. You can view, sort, delete and respond to all incidents generated.
States incidents management. Initially this module is installed with two states (open and closed) , but you can add more states. You can also activate / deactivate and delete states.
Types incidents management. Initially this module is installed with two types of incidence (Error handling and error products) but you can add more types of incidences. You can also activate / deactivate and delete types.
Priorities management. Initially, this module is installed with three priorities (Low, Medium and High), but you can add more priorities. You can also activate / deactivate and delete priorities.
In the front office, the customer will have a new link in your account to access a incidents page. On this page, the customer can control all incidents, create new incidents and respond to incidents created before.
This interaction module sends emails to:
Notify administrators that a new issue.
Tell customers that its incidence has been answered.
Notify administrators that an incident has been answered by a customer.
Customer Benefits
Customers have a new section in your account. They can see all their issues and add new incidents.
