PrestaShop Addon - Compliant withdrawal management standard Module

This addon allows you to create a withdrawal form (regulation on consumer rights) and to automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt. Easy to install and configure, this add-on helps you to be quickly compliant with the new regulation(effective date : June 14th, 2014) : provide your customer with a withdrawal form compliant with the European directive on consumer rights in order that the consumer can exercise its withdrawal right automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt for every withdrawal form filled in and sent online (compulsory) receive and archive the withdrawal forms in your Prestashop After Sales Service interface configure a contact email address dedicated to the withdrawal forms management This makes this addon ideal for eshops with few product returns. Create a withdrawal form compliant with the European directive on consumer rights Selection by the consumer of the products to return, once the order chosen (when the customer is logged). Automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt to the customer for every withdrawal form sent online (required by the law). For this addon, the email of acknowledgement of receipt is the same as the automatic email sent when a client sends you a message through the contact form. When your modify the email of acknowledgement of receipt, you also modify the text of the email to confirm your client of the receipt of the message sent through the « contact » form. Configure your form text in accordance with your activity and your terms of sale Configure your legal address and an address to which the customer must return the products Choose your contact email address dedicated to the withdrawal forms management Customer Benefits Your professionalism is recognized by your customers with : a form with pre-filled fields with its contact information and the products of the selected order a printable form a receipt of acknowledgement sent by email as soon as the withdrawal form is validated Important notice : This addon gives an example of withdrawal form which is based on the version of the European directive 2011/83 CE on consumer rights. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the withdrawal form complies with your local regulations and is suitable to your activity. The withdrawal form is saved in the After-sales service of the Prestashop Back-Office as a client message. It is then up to you to handle it and to proceed to its recording from the page of the client order (in the form of refund, of product return). Indeed, certain products cannot be returned according to the regulations (personalized products or dematerialized products which have been downloaded).
