This addon allows you to add a withdrawal form (regulation on consumer rights) and easily manage your returns in the Prestashop returns interface.
Easy to install and configure, this add-on helps you to be quickly compliant with the new regulation on consumer rights (effective date : June 14th, 2014) and to easily manage the back-office process for products returns :
Configure the cancellation form to which clients (logged or not) can access
Set the cancellation delay and the products that cannot be returned

This add-on helps you to fluidify your customer relationships : your consumer is guided and informed about return conditions through the withdrawal process.
The set-up of return reasons helps you to collect product return reasons and dissatisfaction reasons, the cornerstone of the customer relationship improvement.
This makes this addon ideal for eshops with some returns from their clients.
Configure a compliant cancellation form which is accessible to logged consumers and consumers who are not logged (compulsory)
For a logged consumer, he accesses to the cancellation form from his client page. The form fields are prefilled and the consumer selects the products of the order chosen
Configure the products with a denied return (such as personalized products, dematerialized products with a direct download…)
Set up the withdrawal delay (from the delivery date)
Configure your legal address and the address to which the customer must return the products
Configure the text of the email of the acknowledgement of receipt which is automatically sent for each withdrawal form submitted online (compulsory)
Automatically send an email of acknowledgement of receipt for every withdrawal form filled in and sent online (compulsory)
Give your customer information in the cancellation form about the return conditions or products which cannot be returned
Configure a contact email address dedicated to the withdrawal forms management
Receive and archive the withdrawal forms in your Prestashop After Sales Service interface
Product returns appear and are managed into the return products functionality
You can set up the return reasons. Even if the consumer has no obligation to inform you about the return reason, he can easily give you the information through a pull-down menu which you can configure in the back-office add-on interface.

This addon gives an example of withdrawal form which is based on the French version of the European directive 2011/83 CE on consumer rights. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the withdrawal form complies with your local regulations and is suitable to your activity.
