PrestaShop Verified Product & Store Reviews + Google Rich Snippets Module

Get your own system of verified reviews about your store and products without having to pay any mensual suscriptions. A great alternative to eKomi, Trustedshop and Trustpilot!   Feedback management with no subscription Discover the equivalent of the services provided by eKomi, Trustedshop and Trustpilot without having to pay any subscription. All the services included are free without any limits of time or amount or orders. The only thing you have to pay is the module price. Collecting feedbacks by email The module sends an email to your customers to request their opinion. The email sends them to an interface that allows them to leave a feedback (rating+comment) about the store and each one of the product ordered. The module allows you to choose for which orders you want to ask your customers' opinion according to: -the number of days after the order during which the module is allowed to ask for their opinion (to avoid opinions about old orders) -the order status for which the module is allowed to ask for their opinion (to prevent customers who have canceled or not received yet their order to leave a feedback) Automatic execution through the Cron You only need to execute the URL of the Cron (provided inside of the module) to send the request of opinion automatically by email to your customers and update the last feedbacks on your front-end. You can execute the Cron manually copying/pasting the URL inside of the URL bar of your browser or execute it automatically at regular intervals (recommended) installing the free Crontab module available here: http://www.prestatoolbox.com/free-modules/115-crontab.html Store feedbacks The module also allows you to display a rating block in a column of your store. This block is a summary of the feedbacks received about your store and shows its average rating (through the shape of stars) and a random comment. You can choose between 35 designs of block (5 different modeles available in 7 colours), customise the style of the textual elements (size, colour) or add your own personalised block. You can easily move the block wherever you want through the LiveEdit thanks to the hook system. Product feedbacks (product sheets) The module also allows you to add a « Reviews » tab on the product sheets that contain all the feedbacks left by your customers (you can customize the tab name). The ratings are shown with stars (from 1 to 5) and come with the comments left by the customers. You can choose between 8 different coulours for the star design. Product feedbacks (Google Rich Snippets) When one of your products appears in Google search results, the module allows to add directly on Google le average rating of the products (through the shape of stars), as well as a comment left by a customer. This allows you to differentiate your store from all the other stores and attract customers' attention. Full monitoring / control of feedbacks The module automatically creates two tabs « Store reviews » and « Product reviews » in the « Catalog » menu of your store. These two shortcuts allows you to access easily the ratings and comments left by your customers.
