The proposed module allows you to create, browse, and delete customers’ feedbacks and comments to these feedbacks, as well as receive e-mail notifications about the new feedback posts. Besides, your customers have a possibility to vote for feedbacks and position them in different categories.Â

 The “Extended Customer Feedback†module allows you to:
- create feedback block and position it at either side of the web-page;
- post new feedbacks and comments for these feedbacks;
- browse the list of feedbacks, see customers’ votes for these feedbacks, and delete any of the posted comments or feedbacks.
While posting a new feedback, you can select a desired category for it, such as ideas, problems, questions, and private messages.
If there is such a necessity, you can also specify an e-mail on a Configuration page, which will receive notifications about the newly posted feedbacks or comments. Â
