PrestaShop Addon export compta Ciel Compta®* Module

This addon for exporting invoices to Ciel Compta®* creates a file with your invoices for a period that can be easily imported to Ciel Compta®* in a Sales journal.   Forget the manual and time-consuming input of your invoices and credit notes each month or quarter! With this addon, you easily automate a part of your accounting. In a few clicks, you can export from Prestashop your invoices and credit notes in an import file with the right Ciel Compta®* format. This addon helps you to quickly import the sales entries (sales account - receivables account ). It does not generate a file with the banking entries (receivables account - bank account). This addon is not a gateway between Prestashop and your accounting software. It does not allow the synchronization of clients, products inventories, … Compatibility with the accounting software Ciel Compta®* : this addon has been tested with the 18.0 version of Ciel Compta®*. generating of a file with the .txt CIEL®* format for importing to Ciel Compta®* your invoices and / or credit notes for a given period. With this addon, you specify : Accounts “revenues” by delivery zone and by product Accounts for delivery fees and gift packaging invoiced Nature of the accounts “receivables” : either a generic account “receivables” or an individual account “receivables” made of a digit-root and the Prestashop client number The account for the allocation of discounts and promotions VAT accounts Either the invoice number or the order number for the supporting accounting document reference Name of the accounting entry (text with the invoice number, order number or client number) You can choose to export the means of payment used by your clients.     This addon keeps the history of the 10 last exports.
