Our module allows you to display in your store the eKomi seal with its certification level, average rating and number of reviews.
You can easily move it with the Live Edit and put it wherever you want in the left or right column of your store so that it can be seen from each one of your pages.
Ratings and reviews on the product pages
The module also allows you to display on your product pages the ratings (using the 5-star rating system) and the reviews left by your customers through eKomi.
Our module allows you to display them in an attractive and elegant way on your product pages, as well as choosing the coulour of the stars (yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue, green or black) so that they match the design of your store.
Ratings and reviews on Google
Thanks to the Google Rich Snippet system provided by our module, you can directly display on Google extracts of reviews and the average rating left by your customers on every product.
This way, when users will look for a product sold on your store, your website will stand out from your competitors' website by displaying extracts of reviews and the average rating left by your customers through eKomi.
Server synchronization
You need to synchonize your server with eKomi to update on a regular basis the ratings and the reviews left by your customers on your website and on your products.
To do so, our module automatically provides you with two Cron URLs:
a URL to update the eKomi ratings and reviews on your product pages and on Google
a URL to send a list of your last orders to eKomi so that they can ask these customers to rate and review your store
We recommend you to download the free Cron for PrestaShop module and copy/paster these Cron URLs into this module so that it can execute these tasks automatically and on a regular basis.

Sending orders to eKomi
Thanks to the Cron URLs, our module allows you to synchronize your store with eKomi and send them on a regular basis a list of the last orders placed by your customers. It allows eKomi to get in touch with your customers and ask them to leave a feedback on their experience as buyers on your website.
Our module allows you to select the order status that you want to send to eKomi (delivered, shipped, preparation in progress, payment accepted, payment error, canceled, refund, awaiting payment, on backorder...) so that only the customers who have received their order or those who have paid for their orders for instance are able to leave a feedback.
This important feature makes sure that the customers who have not paid their order yet or whose order has been cancelled can not leave a feedback on your store and damage its reputation.
Starting using eKomi
If you start using eKomi services for the very first time, eKomi will ask you to provide them with a CSV file that contains the list of all the last orders placed by your customers so that they can get in touch with them and ask them to leave a feedback on their experience as buyers.Our module allows you to automatically generate this file in one click, you will just need to send it to eKomi.
Our module also allows you to choose the order status you want to send to eKomi (delivered, shipped, preparation in progress, payment accepted, payment error, canceled, refund, awaiting payment, on backorder...) so that only the customers who have received their order or those who have paid for their orders for instance are able to leave a feedback.
Moreover, you can tick the « do not repeat customers » option to make sure that a same customer who has placed several orders during a specific period of time can give only once his/her opinion about the store.
