This module is responsible for displaying customer-admin communication at one place and notifying of admin ticket replies.  Prestashop Help Desk Prestashop Help Desk is a convenient and intuitive solution that offers improved customer-admin interaction. This module creates Help Desk tab, where customers can quickly submit tickets from and the history and progress of communication with admin are saved. Users will always be aware of what tickets are answered and what are expected to come. General information Prestashop Help Desk module will assist you in solving clients’ issues and turn them into loyal customers. The module provides a ticket thread that will help users track and check ticket reviewing process. Besides, admin is able to reply to tickets and see details in his/her admin panel.
