PrestaShop Dropshipping – Automatic Emails to Suppliers & Carriers Module

Send your orders automatically to your suppliers and carriers via emails that you can customize. Speed up the order and delivery process. This module allows you to send the orders of your customers directly and automatically to your suppliers and carriers so that you don't need to do anything and customers get their orders as soon as possible. The module allows you to: 1. Match a contact name and an email adress to every supplier and carrier 2. Assign a carrier to every supplier 3. Choose the order status for which the email must be sent to the supplier (ex : Payment accepted) and to the carrier (ex: Preparation in progress) 4. Customize the supplier email and the carrier email 5. Send the emails automatically (automatic execution) Sending orders to your supplier(s) As soon as customers place an order in your store and the status of their order changes to « Payment accepted » for example, an email is automatically sent to the supplier(s) at the specified email with the order details. If the order contains several products from different suppliers, a different email will be sent to the different suppliers with the corresponding products. For example, if an order contains Apple and Samsung products, the email intended for Apple will only contain the name and quantity of the Apple products ordered by the customer and Samsung will get an email that contains only the Samsung products ordered by the customer. Sending orders to your carrier(s) Once the supplier(s) has finished preparing the order and it status changes for example to « Preparation in progress » in the backend, an email is automatically sent to the corresponding carrier(s) to pick up the package(s). If the order is prepared by several suppliers, a different email will be send to the corresponding carriers as soon as the status of the order changes to « Preparation in progress » with the supplier contact details and the customer delivery address. Customizing supplier and carrier emails The module allows to customize yourself the content of the emails intented for suppliers and carriers by adding wherever you want the variables « Name of the supplier », « Name of the carrier », « Order number », « Name and quantity of the ordered products » and « Delivery address ».
