In customcash module it's possible to set a fixed delivery fee (with the preconfigured currency of the store) plus a percentage fee that will be applied on the cart's total.
It's possible to apply an extra fee for cash on delivery payments. This Module doesn't require core modification, so it's compatible with Prestabox.
This module works on 1.5.x and 1.6.x PS releases, it doesn't override any PS classes. Customcash allows to add an extra fixed fee and/or a percentage fee on cash on delivery payment.
