PrestaShop Extended Product Customization Module

Module extending product customizations of checkboxes, radio buttons and selectors.  Customer could choose values from different types of fields (text fields, radio buttons, checkboxes and selectors) from product detail. With this module, you can build separately for each product for example survey, enquiry, question sheet or get info from customer about your product. All values are part of the product in cart and product order after buy.
